Preschool Staff
The Staff of Hobby Horse Preschool are dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment that will encourage your child to develop age appropriate skills. Our Director, Vicki Haden-Marty, has a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her 30 years of experience in preschool education provides our school with a vast understanding of the needs of preschoolers.
Each age level has a Lead Teacher. Lead Teachers are responsible for the development of curriculum for their assigned age. Each Lead Teacher has a degree in the field of Education.

In addition to Lead Teachers, Teachers are assigned to work in individual classrooms. Each teacher must be qualified by the State of Ohio Licensing Laws . All Teachers must have or be working on their CDA (Child Development Associate), Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree.

Assistant Teachers are required to have high school diplomas and meet the requirements of the State of Ohio licensing laws.
